Ok guys, first off all we are going to talk about XP in CS: GO. So now some people may ask what are these XP or so-called experience points?
They are basically what helps you get to a certain rank on counter-strike global offensive Unlike the competitive ranks these private ranks are used to get medals after attaining a private rank level of 40.
You guys might wonder where can we get these experience points? Well that’s simple you can get XP by playing Valve’s Official Match Making servers. Such as casual, deathmatch, competitive, wingman, demolition and arms race.
Each of the game modes requires a certain threshold of kills or match objectives to be met to get higher xp. If you’re a beginner u should play either deathmatch or wingman it offers the highest xp till a certain level. Then you’ll have to grind your way through, another mode is called competitive which I’ll get into in a moment
Ok so what are competitive matches?
Basically, you get a rank from the available 18 ranks on csgo game you can get the most xp.
The amount of XP the player earns at the end of a game is determined by player performance during the game, applied through the game mode’s multiplier.
Excluding competitive matches, this multiplier uses the player’s score. The competitive multiplier uses the player’s won rounds during a match And the multiplier is always rounded down to the nearest decimal. So, the maximum amount of experience points that a player can earn in casual mode is 1,000.
